Welcome to SalesFlow. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and investors who access the Platform in any capacity.

To use SalesFlow and make investments, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and identity verification (KYC).
• Not be barred from using the service under any applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.

SalesFlow facilitates fractional and full ownership of verified real estate assets, including land, flats, and share-based properties. When you purchase a share, you acquire a proportional legal interest in the underlying asset as described in the relevant listing.

• All returns, rental income, and capital appreciation are subject to market conditions and are not guaranteed.
• Property details, projected yields, and pricing are provided for information only and may change before completion of a transaction.
• Ownership rights and obligations are defined in the individual investment agreement for each property.

Applicable platform fees, service charges, and payment terms are disclosed at the point of each transaction. You agree to pay all fees associated with your investments and to use only lawful payment methods that belong to you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Post false, misleading, or infringing content, or misrepresent any property.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or introduce malicious code.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or from any investment decision.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, please contact us.
